During the autumn certification window our support line stays open later; existing clients receive that number in their handover pack.
Visits to the studio are welcome by appointment so that we can give your project our full attention. Bring a sample of your current inspection form, your store layout or your grader output, and we will map it into a working prototype during the first conversation. If you prefer a remote meeting, we will send a link and walk through your season together on screen. Whichever route you choose, ADOPOTATO LLC treats your first conversation as confidential, and we will never share the details of your operation with another client.
Three questions we hear often
Do you supply the sensors and hardware?
We specify and source the sensors when it helps, but we never require you to buy them from us. Our integration layer accepts the equipment you already own wherever a manufacturer exposes a usable interface, and we will document the alternatives in your brief.
How long does a full platform build take?
A first certification module usually runs through a seasonal window, from listening week to handover. Larger integrations that cover store telemetry and a grading line typically span two windows, delivered in stages so you gain value before the last stage lands.
Can our inspectors keep their own forms?
Yes. We map your current paper or spreadsheet forms into the platform so the wording and order your inspectors already trust stay intact. The difference is that the entries now write into a shared lot record that travels with the stock.
